Purchase

Purchase Procedure

Each order submitted represents an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders are

subject to availability and discretionary acceptance by the Owner. The user must choose the

desired products and complete the checkout, verifying and modifying if necessary the

information in the order summary. Confirmation of the order is subject to payment of the

price, taxes and shipping costs indicated in the summary. The Order Processing Receipt

does not constitute final acceptance of the order. The contract is concluded with the sending

Execution of the Order

responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that were not

Payments

Payment will be charged at the time of ordering. If you change or cancel items in your order,

an immediate refund will be issued to your chosen payment method. You will receive an

order confirmation email and the credit card used will be charged. Once your order has

been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to monitor your

shipment.

Scalapay

By purchasing with Scalapay, the User immediately receives his order and pays in the rate,

as chosen. The installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, to related subjects and

to their assignees, and the User authorizes such assignment.

Online Transaction Security

Several security measures have been taken to protect user information. Secure Socket Layer

(SSL) encryption is used to ensure secure transactions. All transmissions from the e-

commerce server to the end customer's computer are encrypted. In the event of a

suspicious transaction, Fuscoboutique.com will contact the customer directly to verify the

jurisdiction of the court where the Owner is based, unless otherwise provided for the

exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer.
