RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy
Please note that we can only accept returns from the country or region where the order was originally
delivered. If you choose to return from a different country, you may incur additional customs charges.

We recommend carefully checking your order upon delivery, before removing any tags or discarding the
original packaging. In the case of a return, items must be returned complete with all tags, labels
(including leather, if applicable), protective packaging, and filler materials. Any anti-theft devices must
remain intact; removing them will void the return policy, and a refund will not be possible.

For footwear and/or accessories, they must be returned in their original boxes, placed inside a
protective shipping box. Please note that perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned, as they are
classified as hazardous and flammable products.

You may request a return only for items that have never been worn or washed and that show no signs of
wear or use. We also recommend shipping the return using the original packaging to ensure maximum
protection during transit.

For any reason, the customer may return their order, in whole or in part, to obtain a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, and if the return is
compliant, it will be free of charge. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the User, or a
third party designated by the User other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM of their decision
through an explicit declaration using the available return form. Products must be returned in the original
packaging and in the same condition they were shipped: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition, without any signs of wear.

Each item must be returned with the original tags and any accessories provided (dust bag, garment
cover, etc.), including the authenticity label and security seal, which must not be cut or broken.
Damaged or non-compliant returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their
expense.

Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part
of the product.

Return Procedure
If the customer wishes to return one or more items, they must complete the return form within 14 days
from the date of delivery of the order. Subsequently, our Customer Service will send an email with
detailed instructions to complete the return process. Please carefully follow the instructions received.
FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to inspect returned items. If the return does not meet the
required conditions, the item may be sent back to the customer with costs and charges at their expense.

Exchanges
A direct exchange procedure is not provided. To make an exchange, the customer must follow the
normal return procedure and then make a new purchase for the desired variant.

Defective Goods
Products received damaged or that exhibit conformity defects are considered defective. In the case of
defective products, the customer is requested to follow the same return procedure by completing the
return form. FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns of defective
products.

In case the return of a defective product is accepted, FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM will refund the purchase
price of the item, including shipping costs.

Effects of Withdrawal
Refund
In the event the customer requests a refund for returned items, FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM commits to
processing the refund as soon as possible, in any case within 10 working days from the date of
acceptance of the return. The credit will be made using the same payment method and to the same
account as the customer.

The date on which the credit will be effectively visible may vary due to factors external to
FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase and will
only cover the price of the items, excluding shipping costs and customs duties incurred by the customer
during the purchase.

The refund may be suspended until the items are received or until proof of their shipment by the
customer. The items must be returned to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days
from the communication of withdrawal. The deadline will be considered met if the items are shipped
back before the expiration of the 14 days.

Products Excluded from Refund or Exchange
Products that are damaged or used, even partially, will not be replaced or refunded. The User is required
to include a copy of the delivery document received inside the packaging box.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
- Goods that, by their nature, may deteriorate rapidly.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., perfumes) if
opened after delivery.

Warranty
The customer has the right to warranty on the conformity of purchased products and services. The
warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods. If a conformity defect is found, it
must be reported to the Owner within 2 months of discovery.

To exercise the warranty right, the User must send an email to FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM, indicating the
order number and a detailed description of the defect (it is recommended to attach photographic
material). These elements are essential and will be verified before providing a response.

If a conformity defect of the product is confirmed, the User has the right to receive, upon return of the
defective product to FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM, its repair or replacement. To exercise the warranty right or
for further information, the User is invited to contact FUSCOBOUTIQUE.COM.
The warranty return procedure is managed by the manufacturing company. The conformity of the
reported defect will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the company. In case of refusal by the
manufacturer, the customer will not be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund of the product, as the
reported defect will not be considered attributable to a manufacturing issue.
